The questions that come up
Do I need a translation?
The price covers transcription, not translation. What you get back is the text of the recording, in Russian or English, with a start and an end time for every line and, on request, the speaker labels. A translation into another language is not part of any plan here.
What is the longest file I can send?
There is a limit, and it is the same on every plan: 64 MB and two hours per file. Pro adds volume rather than a bigger file — 1,500 minutes of audio a month. The Free plan takes files of up to 30 minutes, three a day. Longer recordings are split into parts.
How well does it do Russian?
The site publishes no accuracy percentage, and we will not invent one: ask for the evaluation report and the sample set. What the site does publish is the model profile — tuned for Russian speech and for mixed Russian-English conversation — and the place where a file is processed, which depends on the language of the recording.
Do you take a credit card?
Payment is by card through Stripe, and the card details never reach our infrastructure. The free plan needs no card and no trial clock. If you pay for Pro, the invoice is in the Billing section of the app, and the plan is changed or cancelled from the same screen.
