What it costs to transcribe audio in hryvnias
For people in Ukraine, the price of our plans in hryvnias: Pro at 450,51 ₴ a month for 1,500 minutes of audio, 0,30 ₴ for every minute of that allowance, and a free plan of three files a day. The conversion uses the rate of 23 October 2026 (45,051 ₴), taken from National Bank of Ukraine.

How the market prices it
Every figure comes from the pricing page of the service, and the date it was read is next to it. A service that sells its minutes inside a monthly plan is quoted as it is, with no per-minute price derived from it.

The same rate applied to the lengths of audio that people actually send. The share is the part of the 1,500 minutes of the Pro allowance the recording would take.

Before you pay
Is a translation included in the price?
Nothing is translated. Russian and English speech is transcribed, and the result is the text of the recording with timecodes. A transcript in a third language is outside the plan, so write to support@transcrib.si first if the job needs one.
Is there a limit on the length?
Every file is limited to 64 MB and 120 minutes, on the Free plan and on Pro alike. What differs between the plans is how much audio you may send in a month: 1,500 minutes on Pro. If a recording runs past two hours, cut it into parts before you send it.
What about Russian?
Russian is the first language of the engine: the model profile is tuned for Russian speech and for mixed Russian-English conversation. The language can be set by you or detected automatically, and the answer always says which source was used. A Russian or mixed file is processed on our own infrastructure outside the United States; a file that is entirely in English goes to a third-party cloud speech provider in the United States when that fallback is enabled on the server.
Is there a card needed to start?
Yes — a card, through Stripe. The number is handled by the payment provider and never stored on our side. No card is needed for the free plan, and on a paid plan the Billing section of the app is where the invoices live and where the plan is changed or cancelled.
