The prices below are our own prices in US dollars, converted to the currency you pick at one fixed rate sheet. The limits are the ones the server really enforces: files a day, minutes a month, megabytes per file.

These are the limits written in the application code. The server answers with a clear error when a limit is reached; it does not silently drop the file.

The counter of the Pro plan is the number of minutes of audio you sent us in the current calendar month. It resets on the first day of the month, in UTC.

API
API usage is metered by volume, separately from any subscription. The keys are created in the app, by you, and you revoke them yourself.

What fair use means
Pro includes 1,500 minutes of transcribed audio per calendar month. That is a real number, not an unlimited promise.

Questions about the numbers
Why not unlimited?
Because unlimited always has a price, and we would rather name it. Transcribing audio costs us real compute. A fair-use allowance keeps the service fast and keeps the price at $10 a month for people who transcribe a few hours a week.
What counts as a minute?
Minutes of audio you send us, measured by the length of the recording. The counter for the Free plan is files per day; the counter for Pro is minutes per calendar month.
Can I switch between yearly and monthly?
Yes. Yearly billing is $120 for the year, which works out to $10 a month. Monthly billing is $20 a month and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing section of the app.
Do you charge for speaker labels or exports?
No. Both are part of every plan. On Free the speaker labels are off by default and you can turn them on in the upload form; the export list is the same six formats on both plans.
How are payments handled?
Through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You can cancel, change plan and download invoices from the Billing section of the app.
In which currency will my card be charged?
In US dollars. The prices on this page are set in US dollars; the other currencies are a conversion of those prices at the rate sheet dated 2026-10-23, so the amount on your statement can differ from the converted figure.
