What each volume costs

These are the lengths that come up most often. The price is the Pro rate multiplied by the minutes, and the share is the part of the monthly allowance it uses.

What is in the plan

What the plan covers: the languages, the exports, the limits and the API — the same list for every plan.

What the price of the plan includes
What What you get Where it comes from
Export formats TXT, Markdown, SRT, VTT, CSV, and DOCX on Pro Service contract
Size of one file 64 MB Service contract
Length of one file 120 minutes (two hours) Service contract
Free plan $0, 3 files a day, files of up to 30 minutes, no card Pricing page
Pro allowance 1,500 minutes of audio per calendar month Pricing page
REST API and MCP API keys and the MCP server on Pro and Team Pricing page
Payment through Stripe; card numbers never reach our servers Privacy policy
Languages Russian and English, set by you or detected automatically Service contract
Two things worth knowing before you pay: the payment is handled by Stripe and no card number is stored here, and the place of processing depends on the language of the file — our own engine outside the United States for Russian and mixed speech, a third-party cloud provider in the United States for a pure English file when that fallback is on the server.

The other pages

Every plan and every limit is on the pricing page. The market calculator puts the published prices of the other services next to each other, and the Russian guide describes the engine in detail.

The questions that come up

Is a translation included in the price?

The price covers transcription, not translation. What you get back is the text of the recording, in Russian or English, with a start and an end time for every line and, on request, the speaker labels. A translation into another language is not part of any plan here.

What is the longest file I can send?

Every file is limited to 64 MB and 120 minutes, on the Free plan and on Pro alike. What differs between the plans is how much audio you may send in a month: 1,500 minutes on Pro. If a recording runs past two hours, cut it into parts before you send it.

What if the recording is in Russian?

Both Russian and English, and the engine is tuned for Russian and for code-switching between the two. Set the language yourself or let it be detected; either way the answer says which. A Russian or mixed Russian-English file is transcribed on our own infrastructure outside the United States, and a file that is only English is passed to a third-party cloud speech provider in the United States when that fallback is enabled on the server.

Can I pay with a card from my country?

The plan is paid in US dollars, and the payment itself goes through Stripe, which is the card path in most countries. The price pages of this site convert the price of the plan into a local currency so that you can see the number in your own money; the invoice itself is issued in dollars.
