an AI meeting assistant: it records the meeting, writes the summary and pushes it into a CRM
$0 with unlimited transcription, 400 minutes of storage per team and 20 AI credits; Pro $18 a seat a month or $10 paid yearly
Cold call transcript: upload the recording of an outbound call and read it as text with the voices named, to work on the script and to keep the record of the call.
A cold call is an outbound conversation with a name at the other end. Upload the recording and the text comes back with both voices named, so the script can be read after the call instead of guessed. One file: up to 30 minutes, free $0.
Whether a call may be recorded is a question of the rules of your jurisdiction and of the platform you call through. Check them first, and tell the other side if they ask.
The system leaves a file behind when the call ends. Keep the file of the call itself, name it after the company and the day, and remember that one file holds up to 30 minutes.
Put the recording on the widget above, choose 99+ languages or leave the detection on, and switch the split by speaker on. The rep and the client get a name of their own.
Export TXT and put the two next to each other: the version of the script in the notebook and the words that were said. Every line carries the time it starts and ends.

The rep leaves the script after the fifth objection. What the call sounded like is known to nobody afterwards: the words were said once, in a corridor, and the notes say 'not interested'. A transcript lets the team read what happened — the opener that worked, the question that closed the door.
Check the rules of your jurisdiction before you record.
Say it at the start if the other side asks.
Name the file after the company and the day.
Read the first minute, the rest is routine.
Is it legal to record a cold call?
We do not give legal advice. Whether a call may be recorded, and who has to be told, depends on the rules of your jurisdiction and on the platform you call through: check them before you start.
Who is responsible for the consent?
The organisation that makes the call is. Nothing of ours dials anyone, so no consent is collected by the service; the recording starts on your side and stops when you stop it.
How long should a recording be kept?
That is a decision of your company, and it depends on the rules that apply to you and on the promise you made to the client. The service keeps the files until you delete them in the app.
Can I see who spoke first?
Yes, switch on the split by speaker and every line gets the label of a voice, in the order of the call. The opener of the conversation is the first line of the export.
Speakers by name, a time on every line, export to TXT, SRT, VTT, CSV and Markdown.
