Transcribe a sales call
Transcribe a sales call: timecodes on every line, speakers named on request, the customer's own words to quote in the follow-up. Free $0, 3 files a day.
Upload the recording of the call and the transcript comes back with the time of every line, so the price or the deadline the customer said can be quoted from the file. One file is up to 30 minutes; Pro is $10 a month paid yearly.
Why the wording of the customer matters
A sales call ends with a promise, and the promise is rarely in the notes. The customer said it in their own words, and those words are the part that has to travel: into the follow-up mail, into the CRM, into the next call. A transcript with timecodes keeps the sentence and the place where it was said.

How to transcribe a sales call
- 1
Keep the file the call left
The recording the phone, the headset or the conference platform produced is the file to upload. Both sides of the conversation are in it, and it may be up to 30 minutes.
- 2
Upload it and split the two voices
Put the recording on the widget above. Set the language yourself or leave the detection on, and switch on the split by speaker: the rep and the customer each get a name on their lines.
- 3
Find the sentence the customer used
Export TXT and open it in any text editor. Every line carries the time it starts and ends, so the price, the deadline or the objection is found with the minute it was said.
- 4
Put the export where the team works
Six formats are available: TXT, Markdown, SRT, VTT, CSV, and DOCX on Pro. CSV carries the time and the speaker of every line, so the sheet can be read next to the recording.
Tips
Split the speakers as soon as the file is chosen.
Name the file after the company and the date.
Keep the call recording until the follow-up has been sent.
Export CSV when the call has to go into a sheet.
Questions this page answers
Does anything have to be installed in the CRM?
No. The service works with the recording file: no bot joins the call and nothing has to be connected to your CRM. You upload the file and the transcript comes back to your account.
Can I tell the rep from the customer?
Yes. Switch on the split by speaker and the voices are named separately on request. Without it no line carries a name, and you read the customer's answer instead of looking for a label.
How do I quote the customer's own words?
Open the exported TXT in any text editor, find the sentence, note the timecode of the line and check it against the recording before you copy it. Every line carries the time it starts and ends.
What does the paid plan change?
Pro is $10 a month when you pay yearly, or $20 a month when you pay monthly, and it gives no minute limit of audio a month, the DOCX export, API keys and the MCP server. The free plan is $0 with 3 files a day.
