Do you support Urdu transcription?
No. The engine handles 99+ languages, and the selector has nothing else to offer. We would rather say it than take the file and guess.
Transcribe Urdu audio to text: our engine handles 99+ languages, not Urdu. Who lists Urdu among its languages, and what they charge, read on 22 October 2026.
Urdu is not among our 99+ languages. Transcribsi transcribes 99+ languages, 30 minutes per file, no minute limit, and $0 for 3 files a day. For Urdu speech, the market has names for it: HappyScribe lists Urdu among 150+ languages, Sonix among 54+.
Sonix puts Urdu in the middle group of well-trained languages and still tells you to put the microphone closer: a lapel mic in a quiet room in Urdu beats a phone recording in a reverberant hall in English. That advice is worth repeating here, because we will not transcribe Urdu for you at all — our engine reads 99+ languages only.

Distance costs more than volume in every language, and a phone on the table is the worst place to leave it.
Urdu comes back in its own right-to-left script from the services that support it, not in a romanized version.
Where the meeting moved to English, that file goes to us: up to 30 minutes, three files a day free.
HappyScribe, Sonix and TurboScribe each publish Urdu in their language lists, each with prices you can read.

The room, more than the language. Sonix puts Urdu among the languages with a lot of transcribed speech, and puts the microphone distance first in the list of what to fix.
On the services that support Urdu, yes: the text comes back in the right-to-left script. We do not offer that for Urdu, because we do not offer Urdu.
