In short

Transkriptor transcribes files, YouTube links and meetings in 100+ languages; its Lite plan is $9.99 a month for 300 minutes. Transcribsi is $10 a month with no minute limit, with a REST API, an MCP server and Russian speech.

The case

Two services of the same shape

Transkriptor is the closest shape of service to ours: files, links and meetings, a summary on top, 100+ languages and 23 localized versions of the site. We read its Turkish pricing page on 22 October 2026, because the global one did not answer us that day, and the minutes in the table come from there.

How it works

How a file becomes a transcript here

  1. 1

Compare the minutes of the same plan

Transkriptor Lite is $9.99 for 300 minutes and Pro is $19.99 for 2,400 minutes when you pay yearly. Ours is $10 with no minute limit on every plan, with no seat to count and no credit to spend.

  2. 2

Look at what a meeting costs there

The service also records meetings, writes a summary of them and answers questions about the transcript. Ours stays with the file: no bot, no calendar, no summary, only the words and the timecodes.

  3. 3

    Check the machine-readable side

Transkriptor publishes an llms.txt of 17.3 KB with a block of ready facts for the assistants, and no llms-full.txt. We publish both, and the numbers of this site are the same ones the API hands out.

Tips

  • A free tier of 90 minutes is a test, not a workflow.

  • Ask where the file is processed, not only what it costs.

  • Minutes per plan and minutes per seat: ask which one.

Questions this page answers

Is Transkriptor cheaper than Transcribsi?

Close, and not always. Transkriptor Lite is $9.99 a month for 300 minutes, Pro is $19.99 for 2,400 minutes. Ours is $10 with no minute limit, so a minute of audio costs less here than there.

Does Transkriptor work with Russian?

Yes: the site has 23 language versions, Russian among them, and the service claims 100+ languages.Wthe recording language is detected automatically.

What can Transkriptor do that we cannot?

YouTube links, live meetings, subtitles and translation across 23 site languages, and an assistant that answers questions about the transcript. We take a file and give back the words, with timecodes, speakers and six export formats.

Are the prices of Transkriptor confirmed?

The global pricing page did not answer us on 22 October 2026, so the figures come from the Turkish pricing page: the same product in another language. There the yearly rate of Pro is $8.33 a month, billed as $99.99 a year.
