Where does the recording of the visit go?
Athe recording language is detected automatically. The free plan covers 3 files a day with up to 30 minutes each, and Pro has no minute limit.
How long is the transcript of the visit kept?
Until you delete it. On the free plan the transcript is kept for 7 days, and a deleted file leaves the live system immediately.
Can the doctor and the patient be told apart?
Yes. With the split by speaker on, each voice gets a label of its own, so the advice of the doctor is not mixed with the answers.
