Do you transcribe Croatian?
No. We run 99+ languages, and we say so instead of borrowing somebody else's count. For Croatian, use one of the services above.
Transcribe Croatian audio to text: our engine runs 99+ languages. Descript, Sonix, TurboScribe, HappyScribe and Notta cover Croatian, with prices and the dates we read them.
Croatian is one of the 99+ languages our engine reads. The market covers it well too: Descript transcribes 25 languages and Croatian is one, Sonix lists it among its 54, and TurboScribe, HappyScribe and Notta publish a Croatian page.
Croatian is one of the languages the market covers properly, so this page is not a list of apologies. It is a shortlist. Four services name Croatian in a language list, two more write a page about it, and one of them is a video editor whose price includes the editing. We run 99+ languages, and this page is about where a Croatian recording should go instead.
| What | Value |
|---|---|
| Our engine | 99+ languages; Croatian is not one of them |
| Descript | 25 transcription languages include Croatian; 61 caption-translation and 30 dubbing languages include it too |
| Sonix | 54 transcription languages, Croatian among them; a Croatian page in its sitemap |
| HappyScribe | 150+ languages and dialects, and a transcribe-croatian page in its sitemap |
| Notta | a croatian-speech-to-text page in its sitemap |
| TurboScribe | 98+ transcription languages, and a transcribe-croatian-audio-to-text page in its sitemap |
Descript's pricing page names its transcription languages and Croatian is on it; Sonix's llms.txt names 54 and Croatian is on that list too. Two independent lists, the same language in both.
The same Descript page lists 61 caption-translation languages and 30 for dubbing, Croatian in all three counts. The editor that rewrites the text is part of that price.
TurboScribe sells months ($10 paid yearly, $120 a year), Sonix sells hours ($10) and packages ($25 a month). A short interview is minutes on all three.
Our side of the job: 30 minutes per file on the free plan, no minute limit, speaker labels on request, export to TXT, Markdown, SRT, VTT, CSV or DOCX. Free at $0, 3 files a day.
Every Croatian service on this page offers a free or cheap start. Use it on the worst minute of your recording, not on a clean demo.
Two independent lists naming the language is worth a lot.
Ask whether the price counts minutes, hours or months.
Check the first minute for names and numbers.
A video editor and a transcription API are different products.
No. We run 99+ languages, and we say so instead of borrowing somebody else's count. For Croatian, use one of the services above.
TurboScribe for a flat monthly fee, Sonix if you want hourly billing, Descript if the recording is part of a video edit. The prices are in the table above.
Not more than any other. Listen to the first minute, check the names and the numbers, and look at the punctuation where the dialect shows up.
The 99+ languages recording: 30 minutes per file on the free plan, no minute limit, 3 files a day on the free plan, and 6 export formats including SRT and VTT.
We did not find one in the data we read. The services that cover Croatian are international tools: TurboScribe publishes 105 language versions of its pages, HappyScribe lists 150+ languages.
Speakers by name, a time on every line, export to TXT, SRT, VTT, CSV and Markdown.
