Where it runs Our own transcription engine, a model profile tuned for Russian and for the Russian-English mix A Russian or mixed file is processed on our own infrastructure outside the United States; a file that is entirely in English may go to a cloud speech provider in the United States when that fallback is enabled on the server

How to do it in four steps

  1. Check that the call was recorded, and that everyone knew

Call recording in Bitrix24 depends on the tariff and on the settings of the portal, and the recording is announced to the other side. Record only with the consent of the other side — the rules differ by country and we do not give legal advice.

  2. Download the file from the portal

The recording of a call is kept in the portal, in the section with the call recordings, and it is attached to the deal in the CRM. Download the file from there — the portal decides the format, and the file is audio.

  3. Make the file fit 64 MB, if it does not

If the portal gives you a file in an unusual format, re-save it as mp3 or wav before the upload; we accept mp3, wav, m4a, mp4, webm, ogg, flac, aac, wma and mov. At 64 kbps two hours of mp3 are about 57.6 MB (calculated).

  4. Upload, split by speaker, export

Drop the file into the widget on this page, switch on Split by speaker, read the first lines, and export to DOCX, SRT or TXT.

Your workload Minutes a month Where it lands
20 calls of 30 minutes 600 40% of the allowance (calculated)
30 calls of 45 minutes 1,350 90% of the allowance (calculated)
40 calls of 45 minutes 1,800 over the allowance by 300 minutes: the API answers with a clear error and the account stays open
One two-hour sales call 120 8% of the allowance (calculated); the limit of one file
We do not connect to Bitrix24. There is no integration with the portal and no robot in the call: we do not read the CRM and we do not pull files from it. You download the recording, we give you the text. We did not audit Bitrix24 itself either: the steps above describe the usual way to get the file, not an integration we tested.

FAQ

Questions this page answers.

Is there an integration with Bitrix24?

No. We do not have a connector to the portal, we do not read the CRM and we do not upload anything into it. The service works with files: download the recording and upload it.

Which formats can I upload?

mp3, wav, m4a, mp4, webm, ogg, flac, aac, wma and mov. If the portal gives the recording in another format, re-save it as mp3 first.

The call was recorded in two halves — is that a problem?

No. Two files are two transcripts. Add the offset of the second part to its timecodes if you merge them afterwards.

How much does it cost?

Free is $0 with 3 files a day and up to 30 minutes per file, and no card is needed. Pro is $10 a month paid yearly ($120 a year) or $20 a month, with fair use of 1,500 minutes of audio per calendar month.

Who can see the transcript?

Only you and us: the file is processed to produce the text you asked for, it is not sold and it is not used to train models for other customers. Deleted files leave the live system immediately and the backups within 30 days.

Can the service summarise the call?

Yes, through the MCP server: the summarize_transcript tool returns a summary and the key points of a transcript you sent, and extract_actions returns the tasks mentioned in it.
